The Honey Moon

Ha Ha Ha We had so much fun! we went Hiking and i honestly can tell you that I have never seen anything so beautiful as the things i got too see in Montana. There are pine trees EVERYWHERE!!! We got to see some cool little towns. The place that we stayed was a cabin in sula it is in the middle of nowhere. The nearest town was 40 minutes away and a little smaller than Tremonton ( if you dont know the size of Tremonton im sorry just know that is is really small. There was one store one gas station one firework stand ( because we were there over the 4th of July a library the town hall that is about the size of my bedroom maybe a little bigger but not much. A 2 bars and 2 restaurants and the biggest antique store i have ever seen it was GREAT I was in heaven! I wish my sisters could have seen it I think Mandy would have loved it. Oh and they do have a movie theater. Everyone told me to prepare for something bad to happen because something always will I thought ok but really never did i think that every time someone told me that they were cursing us. To start off we went 500 miles with no AC, I gashed my knee open that should have had stitches but I had no health insurance at the time so now I have one big scar. We locked our keys in the car, and the best thing of all the squirls single handidly tryed to eat Mitch's truck. I'm not kidding. They were eating the wires on his truck (That was a BIG repair bill). Mitch had his revenge though. But really we had a wonderful time we got to meet some of the nicest people! Like the man that drove 40 minutes to the cabin and another 40 back to the truck after locking the keys in the truck, and the people that own the cabin, they are angels. She even had fresh baked cookies for us when we got there. I am so glad Mitch picked to go to Montana i would not change it for the world.
Hello everyone i know i am very behind on my blog im sorry. Mitch and i have now been married for one and a half weeks and i love it. The wedding and the reception were amazing!!! My family and Mitch's family were great everything was more than i could ever dream of. My cake and flowers were the best I don't think I have ever seen such beautiful flowers. Mitch was great too. Every told me to get ready for allot of complaining and bad attitude from Mitch because the groom always hates his tux. But I have to say he did not the entire time we were standing in line. After we got in the car he said my feet hurt but that was it. I looked at the inside of the shoes and i thought no wonder men hate tux shoes there is zero padding in them. I'm sorry i don't have any pictures to put on here yet life has been so crazy i have not gone to get them from the photographer yet. If i don't go soon I think my mother-in-law will go crazy she wants to see them so bad. I do want to take a minute and say thank you to everyone who helped with the wedding and the reception you are all wonderful and everything came together so great i owe you all so much thanks We love you all. Also i want to say thank you to Ben's mom Jane his dad Rod and his sister Mady I am not even a part of the family and they helped allot even though they did not have to. you guys are great thank you!!!

Our new little friend

Mitch and I now have a puppy!!! His name Titus he is a black lab and sooo much fun and very very cute. He loves to be around people and other dogs, he is also amazing with kids. Titus already sits when he is told and plays fetch, he knows when he is in trouble, and likes to pounce on Odis ( most of the time Odis will move just in time so that titus hits the ground and gets a little loopy) He is only 8 1/2 weeks old we got him on Monday and he already knows my voice, and when i tell him no he knows what i mean. Everyone loves Titus (even Jeff he just will not admit to it:) I cant wait for Mitch to get home and play with him. Titus is the most loving friendly dog. I am so glad we got him!

We are on the count down.

I have now started my count down. Well..... OK so my count downs I have 2 of them going. One is on my phone that one is for when Mitch should be home. The other one is on my facebook and it is for the wedding day. The only bad thing about having a count down is knowing that i have to put my bum into high gear so I can get all 4 projects that i am doing finished before Mitch comes home and i turn into a brain dead bride. So far I have one project done thanks to Pam and my Dad. I also have one almost done thanks to Mattie, Shamera, Aleasha and my little sisters Liz and Julia. They have helped me sand paint crackle and paint some more. Mandy Sarah Pam and Dad have all helped me develop the rustic style I was looking for, with out making it look like a Hick wedding.

We are engaged

For those who have not got the news WE ARE ENGAGED!!! Mitch and I met in middle school, then we had choir together in high school. He graduated in 2004 and I was still in high school so i never expected to see him again due to the fact that we really were not great friend so made no plans to keep in touch. I was very wrong. In May of 2007 we met up again and clicked. We spent every hour of every day together when we were not at work. I made up every excuse in the book to be with him. Of course that was not hard because our group of friend were always doing something. There was only one problem Mitch is in the Army and was leaving in a few months for a long period of time. At first I tried so hard not to get to attached and as you can tell I failed, and very happy I did. When Mitch came home on leave never thought we would get engaged we really had not talked about it to much. So when he asked me to marrie him on August 26th at 10:30 pm (the night before he left. I was so excited I could not believe he had asked, after a second I had to look at him and say "So are we engaged than?" just to make sure I was not mistaken (do to the 13 hours of sleep we had in a 4 day span). Then the true blond came out in me I gave him a hug, kissed him on the forehead of all places and fell off of the chair we were on. Ya I know you don't have to say it. The next time he came home he felt bad about how he proposed so he did it again. This time we were in Logan so out of the middle of no where we tells our friend Aaron to cover my eyes. Mitch took a drive around Logan taking all kinds of turns to get me lost. After about five minutes he stoppped and got me out of his truck, walked me over to a bench and stood me up on top of it (still with my eyes covered) . Then he uncovered my eyes, got down on one knee and proposed one more time. I of course said yes. So there is no turning back now that I said yes for a 2nd time.
